Refund and Cancellation Policy

At metaXsire, we understand that subscription purchases may not always meet your expectations. If you ("you" or "your") wish to cancel a subscription or request a refund, you may be eligible for a refund. Below, we outline the rules governing refundable and non-refundable scenarios, along with related information. We recommend reviewing this Refund and Cancellation Policy(the "Refund Policy") periodically, as it may be updated to reflect changes in our policies or legal requirements.
1. General Terms
metaXsire provides mobile software applications (each, an "App") designed for interactive experiences with metaXsire products. We offer paid subscription options (the "Subscription") for our Apps under various billing cycles (e.g., one-time, monthly, or annually), which can be purchased directly through our webpage (the "Web"). Subscriptions include premium features and benefits unavailable to free users. Specific features and limitations are clearly displayed on the App’s or Web’s pricing page.
2. Subscription Billing Cycles

- Monthly
- Annually
2.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions become active immediately upon successful payment. Monthly and annual Subscriptions will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until canceled by you.
3. Subscription Payments
Payment Methods: Only Stripe and PayPal (PCI DSS-compliant) are accepted. The actual charged currency depends on the payment provider’s terms.
Auto-Charge Authorization: You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at each billing cycle. If the primary payment fails, backup methods may be used, or your Subscription may be suspended.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your account → Navigate to "Manage Subscription" → Click "Unsubscribe" → Follow prompts to confirm.
Processing Time: Cancellation requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days.
Effect: Cancellation only applies to the next billing cycle. Services will continue until the end of the current cycle, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Policy
We stand by our products, and your satisfaction is very important to us.
In-App Content: Digital content ("In-App Content") is deemed delivered upon purchase. No cooling-off period applies, and all purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused In-App Content — even if you stop using the App.
Refund Requests:
If you change your mind before activating product features, contact us. We reserve the right to assess eligibility.
All requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
6. Additional Notes
Canceling will stop future payments, but you can continue using your subscribed features until the end of your current billing cycle.
